Don't you live in Canada? We're in NY and it gets down to the teens sometimes, although it mostly hovers in the high 20s all winter. We have a big enough yard, but will have to move in 5 years, so maybe I'll research this.
But we have cats, and there are dozens of strays around, so I'm not so sure...

What do you do with them in the winter?
It doesn't get super cold here. We pack the henhouse with straw and make sure their water isn't frozen.

The southern west coast of Canada is a pretty mild climate - like Seattle.
Looks like just the kind of summer little kids should have...super fun!
